2Refund Eligibility & Conditions

You are eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

Editorial Rejection:

Pre-Campaign Cancellation:

3How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, simply email our billing and support representative at tayeem.hasan@aidecisiontool.com with the following details:
