Welcome to AI Decision Tool (aidecisiontool.com), a digital platform owned and operated by Layer Decision, a business registered in the United Kingdom ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing our directory, taking our AI Match Quiz, or submitting an AI product, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1Directory Services & Algorithmic Rankings
AI Decision Tool provides software discovery, benchmarking, and decision-support tools for artificial intelligence software. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and not to engage in bot voting, scraper manipulation, or unauthorized vulnerability testing.
2Tool Submissions & Intellectual Property
When submitting software or claiming a tool listing:
- You warrant that all submitted details, feature descriptions, and URLs are accurate and represent legitimate software.
- You grant Layer Decision a non-exclusive license to display your public brand assets (logo, screenshots, public metadata) for directory categorization and review purposes.
- We reserve the absolute right to reject or delist any submission that contains malware, misleading landing pages, or deceptive billing practices.
3Paid Listings & Merchant of Record (Paddle)
Our order process for paid listing tiers (Fast-Track Indexing at $49, Category Spotlight at $99/30d, and Hero Banner at $199/14d) is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle").
Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom.
Tax Compliance: Paddle is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable sales tax, GST, and VAT globally.
Currency: All listed prices are stated and charged in United States Dollars (USD $).
4Digital Service Delivery & Refund Policy
Paid directory placements are digital advertising and evaluation services. Fast-Track Indexing orders are processed within 24 business hours. If a submission is rejected during editorial review, a 100% immediate refund will be issued. Full details on cancellation and refund terms can be viewed in our Refund Policy.
5Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
